Join the JWCW as we ring in the holidays with the
5th Annual Festival of Trees!
December 6th & 7th at the Walpole Senior Center

General Donation Information
- All submitted trees are donations to the Junior Woman’s Club of Walpole’s Festival of Trees and will be raffled off on Sunday, December 7th.
- All items placed with the tree are considered part of the tree and will be raffled!
- JWCW will provide signage with your organization/club, business, or name and tree theme.

Tree Guidelines
- Artificial trees can be any size (1ft – 7ft) and all trees should have lights and a tree topper.
- Trees can be any appropriately decorated theme you choose.  Simple or creative themes are both welcome (i.e. Traditional Holiday, Sports, Teams, Shopping, Restaurant, Nautical, Winter Wonderland themed, etc.).  If the donor wishes, trees can also include gift cards, scratch tickets, themed gifts, etc.
- Loose glitter, confetti, and artificial snow are not allowed.

Tree Set Up
- Set-up of your tree at the Senior Center will be between 12-4pm on Friday, December 5th.
- Items of value such as gift certificates or tickets should be given to a JWCW Club Member upon set-up check-in on December 5th.  Please place paper copies of the gift certificates/tickets on the tree.  The originals will be handed out directly to raffle winners on Sunday, December 7th.
- Spraying or hot gluing on-site is not permitted at the Senior Center.
- You will need to remove any of your packaging and boxes with you when you leave.
